Teen Mission International 2022

Farah Crespo Mahmood

Farah Crespo Mahmood from New Jersey is an 18-year-old freshman at Sacred Heart University majoring in Biology on a Pre-Med Track. At SHU, Farah is involved in Club Volleyball, part of the Executive Board on the Asian-American Pacific Islander Club (Social Media Coordinator), and Alpha Delta Pi.

As a Brazilian-Portuguese-Pakistani woman, Farah loves to embrace and share her heritage. She considers herself a multifaceted and driven young woman. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Farah’s love for languages does not stop there; Farah is passionate about vocal music. Her musical achievements include but are not limited to, competing and placing at NATS (National Association of Teachers Singing), and performing twice at Carnegie Hall with two elite ensembles.

From an early age, Farah knew she wanted to make an impact on the world. After years of volunteering, Farah founded SuperWomenWorldwide a blog that serves as a platform to inspire and empower women to step into their desired fields, while also providing the necessary resources to do so.

Farah is thrilled with making visible change and improving the lives of others as Teen Mission International 2022. During her year of reign, Farah plans to expand SuperWomenWorldwide to other countries as well as transform it into a podcast. As a Woman in STEM, she also plans to host virtual STEM activities/classes to inspire the younger generation of STEM professionals. Together with her sister queens, Farah knows that they will make a lasting impact on the world
